1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at properties managed by Exquisite Enterprises. By booking, you agree to abide by these Terms, along with any property-specific rules provided before or during your stay.

2. Booking and Payment

• A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking and payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after this period may result in a partial or full charge.

• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property and its contents with care and respect.

• Abide by all posted and communicated house rules.

• Not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

• Avoid illegal activity and maintain respect for neighbors and the community.

6. Damage and Security Deposits

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

• A refundable security deposit may be collected prior to check-in or held on your card during your stay.

• Any applicable charges will be billed following check-out and documented.

7. Pet Policy

• Pets are allowed depending on the property.

  • If allowed:

    • A non-refundable pet fee of $30/night applies.

    • Only well-behaved, house-trained pets are permitted.

    • Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.

    • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, both indoors and outdoors.

    • Any damage caused by pets will result in additional charges.

• Unauthorized pets may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or a cleaning fee.

8. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Exquisite Enterprises properties.

• Outdoor smoking may be allowed in designated areas (if applicable).

• Evidence of indoor smoking (including odors, ash, or damage) will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and may include additional repair costs.

• Use of candles, incense, or open flames indoors is also prohibited for safety reasons.

9. Use of Property

• All properties are for short-term residential use only.

• Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing.

• Guests violating this policy may be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Exquisite Enterprises is not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents during your stay.

• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

• Delays, cancellations, or issues arising from events outside our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, service outages).​
